We ARRIVED!! C was loving the flowers at the Temple, we could not get anywhere we kept having to stop and tell him to hurry.

The graves of The Prophet Joseph Smith, his wife Emma and his brother Hyrum Smith. It's a very peaceful feeling once you come to this place. Alan was very touched just knowing who was burried there.
Picture speaks for itself. C could not get enough of that stroller. He hasn't been in a stroller since he was just months old, so he was really enjoying it, which made our lives easy, except when the stroller wouln't fit. He makes life interresting.
Blacksmith shop, we got some really cool nail rings, C got one of his very own, small enough to fit his little fingers.
We took a break before the pageant started and got some lunch at a pizza place about 2 miles out of town.
There was a Pageant pre-show with dancing and games and food. These are the Bagpipers, I wanted a picture with them because Alan and C are Scottish. I wish we would have brought C's kilt, oh well. They were very good, and some were so young. P.S. Ignore the big hips and little belly popping out.
These were some of the games, they had bean bags and a puppet show and these little houses they could get pictures with or just run around.
We took a potty break and C was very interested in them. After we did our business we realized that the big white building in back were actual bathrooms. :)
C during the Pageant. He did so well, we changed him into his jammies, he was a little fussy at first but then he konked out until the next morning. Such a cutie.
This is the last scene of the Pageant, the Saints in front of th Temple. They had it all blacked out for the play and then at the end they gradually lit it up. It was beautiful. As they lit it up they had Pres. Hinkley's voice over the sound system speaking of the Nauvoo Temple as Joseph Smith's temple; I believe it was a clip from his speach at the Dedication.
We had such a grea time. It is so beautiful here, the drive was so beautiful I couldn't go to sleep. We want to make this trip again soon. Any friends or family that want to go, we'd love for you to come.

How exciting! It's looks like you had a great time in Navoo! I'd love to go there sometime. You look great! Pregnancy is adorable on you, and you're little guy is such a cutie!

So, how far did you have to go to find that pizza place? I don't remember there being anything like that last time.

Thanks for your prayers for our friend. I grew up with one of her sons, and she was an amazing lady. It's such a tragedy.
Keara-bo-beara - looks like you guys did alot. We did not even get near that much done and seen! But was a blast. We definatly need to take Katherine up on the offer to babysit while us 'adults' go to the temple.
That is so neat that you guys got to do that. How far is it from your house? I like that picture of Calvin in the oven. I am going to e-mail you about that book later today. Also, you asked when I am due. It is Dec. 19th and they won't induce me, because I am going to try to do a V-back. So, she may be born on Roy's b-day, which is Christmas day. Tell Shanda I have tried e-mailing her a couple times and it won't let me. I don't know if I am doing her e-mail address right. Anyway, love ya bunches.

what a fun trip! we need to take our girls sometime. we went there for deb's wedding but only spent a day. definatly not enough time!
