The SHORTER the Better

My friend Brittney has been cutting hair so we decided to do a sort of makeover...well that's what it turned into. I at the last minute decided to do something drastic. I've always loved the Rahcael(from Friends) short hair cut...

...so I'm not exactly Jennifer Aniston, but I do like it. It's been so fun to have short hair. I haven't had short hair in such a long time. We cut off just over a foot, which I'll be donating to Locks of Love.Sorry I know the pictures are really bad, but the ones that came out better without the flash showed off my "rolliness", and these ones show off the cute layers.

Random Pictures

Calvy fell asleep again after church, kind of a random spot between the chair and ottoman.
After Calvy's bath he always wants his Puppy Towel . So after a puking spell he got a bath and of course needed his puppy towel. He fell asleep he was not feeling well.

Flying to Arizona

We were so excited to leave...well I tried to get Calvy excited by telling him we were going on an airplane.   My travel experience was not horrible it actually went pretty well I just have a 2 year old son who has discovered his own free will and a baby girl who likes to nurse and poop a lot.  Other than that it was great.  They both slept through almost the entire flight and I had lots of help from the flight attendants and lots of people in the airport who were super nice.  I am always blessed with a great and helpful person sitting next to me on the plane.

Birthday Party!

Here are those pictures...no time to add caption.

We are now in Arizona, but I wanted to catch up on some posts.  We were invited to a super fun Birthday party.  Calvy had so much fun, he loves his friend Hannah.  This is him, last one at the table.  While everyone else was watching Hannah open her presents he wanted to finish eating his cupcake...make that the frosting off of his cupcake.

This is little Elle after the party.  She was dressed so cute.  Just so you know I don't always wear my jammies, but sometimes it's the easiest thing to nurse in at home.
This is the present that we gave to Hannah.  I had this purse hanging out in my present closet so I decided to cover up the little writing that said "So...." it came with a bottle of perfume that I bought, anyway.  I covered the "So..." up with a cute little "H" for Hannah and some other little shapes.  I don't think it turned out as cute as I pictured but it was cute.
I have this super cute picture of Calvy and Hannah walking down the hall holding hands, but I am doing this on my sisters computer and I can't figure out her MAC so I'll have to remember to add it later.

What have we been up to?

Well, we eat, sleep, drink and repeat. Here are some pictures of us in between.

I was cleaning and Calvy kept saying "bye" and he would go into my closet and close the door. I got busy and didn't notice how quiet it had gotten. I opened the door and saw him sleeping with the shoes. :)

Alsy did a dodge ball tournament for school. It was actually fun. I had a blast, I miss going to games, any kind of game, I liked cheering them on.
Alsy and Calvy had fun too. Calvy was so tired because we skipped his nap, he fell alseep while being held by daddy between games.

We went to story time last week and they had a stuffed horse. He couldn't wait to "ride 'em" as he would say.

"Toy Story" Friend or Foe?

Ok, so we love the movie "Toy Story", but we have learned a few bad habbits from them. Calvy has now started saying, stupid, stupid dog and shut up. He has also started saying "Psst" to Elle when she is asleep. We have tried to get him to stop by telling him they are bad words and we don't say them, I also have tried getting him to stop the "Psst" thing because he gets so close to her he spits on her. I'm not sure it's working because we just keep watching it and he keeps hearing his good friends, Buzz and Woody, saying them.
Alsy's way of fixing it was to teach him some "bad" words, that aren't actually bad, like "Broccoli" and "cut it out". So today when getting after him for yelling he said "Okay Okay"(not sure where he learned this, but he says it while moving his fist up and down, with much feeling) so I told him to stop and he said "oh, broccwee", so I started to laugh and he said "cut it out broccwee". It was so funny. I'm not sure if that is the best way to handle a "cussing kid" but I guess he's not cussing anymore, not really anyway.
