Our wonderful neighbor invited us over to her parents' house for Memorial Day. We had a BLAST! It was so refreshing to be around family, even though they weren't our family it was so nice to just be in a family setting, Grandma and Grandpas' house with all the kids playing. It helped that they had a beautiful home, delicious food and tons to do and people to talk to.
Calvy all of a sudden started complaining about his back itching, so I looked at his back and there he was a wicked little mosquito sucking away. He had bitten him at least 3 times. Poor guy!

Sharing cheese balls, their favorite, they are our sometimes food, so they always take advantage of it when they are available.
Ellie found Calvy's uneaten cake, she managed to make a total mess, but she really like my red, white and blue cake with strawberries and blueberries and delicious butter-cream frosting that the local grocery store sells in their bakery.
This is Calvy keeping away from the grass with his bare feet. He REALLY does not like the way it feels on his feet, "it's itchy" he says.

I sure missed ya that day, but I am so glad that you guys had a great time! We will have to have many more BBQs to make up for it!! Such personality in those two little bodies! What is this third one going to be like?!?!?! It's going to be so awesome!
